Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of Everflow AI. Read the Paddle checkout disclosures and the Paddle Buyer Terms for the separate payment transaction.

1. About these terms
In these terms, “Everflow,” “we,” or “us” means the operator of the Everflow AI website and service. “You” means the individual or organization using the service. By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using Everflow, you agree to these terms. If you use Everflow for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. The service and your account
Everflow provides a workspace and API for reviewing product-event activity and heuristic customer-health signals. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details, protecting your login credentials and API keys, and activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and comply with applicable laws.
3. Subscription, price, and Paddle checkout
Everflow Growth is currently offered for USD $100 per month. The price, billing interval, applicable taxes, and available payment methods shown in Paddle checkout at purchase apply to that transaction. Subscriptions are recurring and Paddle will charge the payment method on file at each renewal unless the subscription is canceled. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Paddle processes the checkout and payment transaction as its authorized reseller; Paddle’s Buyer Terms and checkout disclosures also apply to that transaction.
We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers. Paddle may collect billing, payment, tax, and transaction information to process your purchase, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Your Everflow access is enabled or changed after Paddle confirms the relevant subscription event to our system.
4. Cancellation
You may request cancellation at any time. Under our current policy, cancellation is intended to take effect immediately: subscription access ends when Paddle confirms cancellation to Everflow, and you will not be charged for later renewal periods. To cancel, use a cancellation control provided in your Paddle transaction or subscription communications, or email everflowaicontactteam@gmail.com from your account email with your Paddle transaction or subscription reference. If you contact us, we will submit the cancellation request in Paddle and confirm when it is processed. A request is not complete until cancellation is confirmed. Cancellation does not by itself refund an earlier charge.
5. Refunds and statutory rights
Refund requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed. Requests for Paddle purchases should be submitted through Paddle Buyer Support; you may also contact us at everflowaicontactteam@gmail.com for help. Any refund is subject to Paddle’s applicable refund policy and the non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live. See our Refund policy for details. If a payment is refunded, access to the corresponding subscription may be withdrawn.
6. Acceptable use and customer data
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit data to Everflow. Do not send payment-card data, passwords, API secrets, or sensitive personal information through product events. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it unlawfully. You retain your rights in the data you submit and authorize us to process it only as needed to provide, protect, and support the service.
7. Product outputs and availability
Usage metrics, risk scores, and optional AI-generated suggestions are informational aids, not guarantees, professional advice, or determinations about a person or business. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by a human. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how account, service, and billing-related information is handled. Paddle separately processes purchase information under its own terms and privacy notice.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes or as required by law. We will post the revised terms here and update the date above; where required, we will provide notice before material changes take effect. Questions or legal notices may be sent to everflowaicontactteam@gmail.com.
